But well ... it is that animals do not participate in the Olympics? Otherwise there would be a lot of medals to the nose of the man pass .

According to the model, the Netherlands will earn a seventh place in the medal standings. The battle for the top spot in the medal standings is fierce. Expected that Russia will know the battle with the United States, Germany and Austria to win
Kipper and Serkin predict since 2002 the medal standings of the Olympic events.

The model predictions are based on previous Olympic results, the home advantage and the World Cup results of the relevant parts. The discrepancies between the predictions and the results can be great.
So it was before the Olympics in Salt Lake City two gold, two silver and seven bronze medals and one twelfth in the standings predicted.

The Dutch performed better than expected and took three gold and five silver pastes to take home. These medals were good for ninth place in the standings. The forecast for the Games in Vancouver 2010 turns out even the best.
