Healthy cookbook Preparation: 15 minutes + 1 hour marinating
Cooking: 20 minutes Serves 4 (serving 1,810 kJ)
800-1000 g sirloin 4 tablespoons fresh goat cheese 1 red chili marinated 4 sprigs of rosemary ground pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt 6 shallots or spring onions 200 mol of dry white wine 1 tablespoon butter
Goat cheese mix in a bowl with the chopped pepper the washed and dried sirloin cut across the grain four more chunks, approximately 5 cm high.
Use sharp knife to cut a pocket and fill it with cheese. Holes shall be closed rosemary sprigs.
Season the meat with pepper and brush with some of the oil and leave for about an hour in the cold to stand.
